TERMS OF SERVICE
1.1. The owner of the online store adu.domeramarketing.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store”) is NOQQ OÜ (registry code 12932111), located at Riia tn 142, 50411 Tartu, Tartu County, Estonia.
2.1. These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.
2.2. The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are listed alongside the products. Delivery fees are added to the price of the goods. All prices are in euros (€).
2.3. The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the chosen delivery method. The delivery fee will be shown to the buyer during the order process.
2.4. Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to each product.
3.1. To place an order, the customer must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To finalize the order, the customer must fill in the required fields and their shipping address. The total cost will then be displayed on the screen, which can be securely paid through various payment methods, including direct bank transfer and Paypal.
3.2. When paying via bank link, the customer must be sure to click the “Return to merchant” button after completing the payment on the bank’s page.
3.3. The sales agreement is deemed effective from the moment the amount payable is received in the Online Store’s account.
4.1. Goods are shipped to the following region: Europe or the rest of the world.
4.2. The following delivery method is available for receiving the goods: direct shipping to address.
4.3. The delivery costs are covered by the buyer, and the corresponding cost information is displayed with the chosen delivery method.
5.1. After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded via the Online Store within 30 days.
5.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
5.3. To exercise the 30-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, as would be allowed when testing the goods in a physical store.
5.4. If the goods have been used for purposes other than what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if there are signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the reduction in the value of the goods.
5.5. To return the goods, the buyer must submit a proposal of withdrawal, and send it to the email address [email protected] within 30 days of receiving the goods.
5.6. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, except in cases where the reason for return is that the goods do not match what was ordered (e.g., wrong or defective goods).
5.7. The buyer must return the goods within 30 days after submitting the withdrawal proposal or provide proof that they have handed the goods over to the carrier within this period.
5.8. Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store will refund the buyer immediately, but no later than 30 days after receiving the withdrawal declaration, all payments received from the buyer under the contract.
5.9. The Online Store may refuse to make a refund until the item being returned has been received or until the buyer provides proof that they have sent the item back, whichever occurs first.
5.10. If the buyer explicitly chooses a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the additional cost exceeding the standard delivery cost.
5.11. The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the Online Store has been incorrectly marked due to an error and is significantly below the market price of the goods.
6.1. The Online Store is responsible for non-compliance or defects in the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery and which become apparent within 1 year of the delivery of the goods to the buyer. Within the first six months after the goods are delivered to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect was present at the time of delivery. The Online Store is responsible for proving otherwise.
6.2. The buyer has the right to submit a complaint to the Online Store within two months of discovering a defect by sending an email to [email protected].
6.3. The Online Store is not responsible for defects that occur after the goods have been handed over to the buyer.
6.4. If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund the buyer all fees associated with the sales contract.
6.5. The Online Store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
7.1. The Online Store uses the personal data provided by the buyer only for processing the order and delivering the goods to the buyer. The Online Store forwards personal data to companies providing delivery services to ensure the delivery of the goods.
7.2. The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has expressed their wish to receive such direct marketing notifications by entering their email address on the website and requesting notifications.
7.3. The buyer can unsubscribe from email offers and newsletters at any time by notifying us via email or by following the instructions provided in the email containing the offers.
8.1. If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent to [email protected].
8.2. If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may refer the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Committee of Estonia. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between the buyer and the Online Store. The buyer may also turn to the Online Dispute Resolution platform of the European Union.
